In our ONE BOXING class, you’ll be switching sides only once. This means longer rounds at the bag and bench.

You’ll explore more complex boxing combinations on the bag side and more challenging weight-lifting rounds on the bench side.

WHAT DO I NEED?

This class is accessible to all fitness levels. We do recommend trying our signature REBL BURN class first to get a feel for the workout!
